He did his graduation from SPMC Bikaner in 1994 and got a specialization in General / Lap Surgery from PGIMS Rohtak followed by full-time training in surgery at Escorts & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi for 3 years.

To stay updated with the latest developments in the field of surgery, he continuously takes part in various National and International CMEs, workshops, conferences, fellowships, and seminars.
