Preparing to be a father !

If you plan to start your family, it is important that both the partners do some preparation. As embryo is formed by fusion of egg & sperms, the role of healthy sperm cannot be under estimated. Some tips you as a future father should follow atleast 3 months prior to conception.

·         Stop drinking water from plastic bottles- Semen samples contain plasticoids and it is very harmful for sperms.

·         Follow a regular sleep pattern.

·         Eat a balanced diet & stop consuming packed/ preserved food.

·         Quit smoking.

·          Reduce alcohol intake.

·         Indulge in regular physical exercise (In moderation).

·         Get Vit D levels checked & take supplement if deficient.

·         Say no to cold drinks (carbonated drinks)
