Human body constitutes of 60%-70%
water. Though most of us know that drinking 2.5L-3 L water daily is important
not only for kidney health but over all
well being. But the hitch is how to consume so much water everyday.
SOME TIPS:-

Keep bottle of water by your side when
you sleep. Drink 1-2 glasses of water, first thing in morning.

Always drink a glass of water before any
meal. It not only helps to increase water consumption but also stimulates
intestinal digestion.
·
Always carry a bottle of water wherever
you go. Believe me it’s more important to carry water bottle than your mobile
phone.
·
Water is bland ,sometimes it becomes
monotonous to have it all the time. Making detox water not only helps to make it better
for body but also changes taste and helps to increase consumption.
·
Drinking other forms of liquids like
juice,coconut water,lemon water,green tea etc also is helpful to complete your
water target.
· Last but not the least, fruits and vegetables constitute 80%-90% water so increasing their consumption would be like.. “AAM KE AAM GHUTLIYON KE DAAM”.
